Who We Are

Jousor Alkhair Foundation for Community Development is a registered NGO (No. 9400 for 2013), striving to be a bridge of giving and hope for the most vulnerable groups in Egyptian society. We believe social solidarity is the fundamental path to building strong, cohesive communities.

Our Mission

Elevating the living and health conditions of marginalized and most-in-need groups by providing integrated healthcare and sustainable community assistance programs that meet fundamental needs and empower them to live with dignity.

Our Vision

To be a leading foundation in developmental work, fostering an interdependent Egyptian society where everyone enjoys the right to a dignified life, proper healthcare, and safe housing, without marginalization.

Core Areas of Work

• Healthcare: Assisting with surgeries, providing prosthetics and wheelchairs, and continuous medical care for various vulnerable patients, including leprosy patients.
• Feeding & Relief: Providing basic food supplies and hot meals to families in need throughout the year, especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
• Community Development: Connecting clean drinking water and building safe roofs for homes in the poorest villages.
