Restoring Mobility: How Our Prosthetics Program Changes Lives

One of the most painful challenges for leprosy patients is the loss of limbs due to the disease's advanced effects on nerves and tissues. But hope never dies in the hearts of the Jousor Alkhair Foundation team.

We launched our Prosthetics Program years ago, providing high-quality prosthetic limbs to patients in need at no cost. The program also includes specialized rehabilitation sessions supervised by volunteer doctors and technicians.

A patient's journey does not end at fitting the prosthetic limb. We follow up regularly, providing psychological support and necessary training until they fully regain their independence and return to living a normal life.

To date, we have given a new life to over 200 people through this program. Every prosthetic limb you help fund is a new world for a patient who once thought their life had stopped.
